Job Title: Associate Technician, Power Electronics Build (Contract)
Location: Newark, CA - Onsite
Mandatory Skills: Automotive .
Experience: 3-5 Years .
Role and responsibilities:
• Support assembly process with kitting efforts, part movements and documentation
• Perform standardized build activities for high voltage distribution and low voltage wire harnesses
• Assist in instrumentation efforts through TC creation and inventory checks
• Organize and maintain the Prototype lab space, equipment, and inventory utilizing 5S and EHS methods.
• Teardown and scrap end of life power electronics to maintain inventory
• Be part of a team to develop amazing automotive products.
Qualifications:
• Basic knowledge of electrical circuits, components and BOMs.
• Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and build equipment.
• Ability to be flexible and responsive.
• Hands-on mentality.
• Good understanding on how to work safely and efficiently in a lab.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good verbal and written communication skills required."
