Atlassian Developer and Administrator, Senior The Opportunity: As a full stack developer, you can resolve a problem with a complete end-to-end solution in a fast, agile environment. We are seeking a highly skilled Atlassian JIRA and Confluence Specialist to design, administer, and optimize our Atlassian platforms. You will leverage your strong technical background and proven expertise in workflow design, automation, and integration, leveraging a broad toolkit to enable team success. This role is more than just coding. As a senior full stack developer at Booz Allen, you’ll use your passion to master new tools and techniques and identify needed system improvements. You’ll help clients overcome their most difficult challenges using the latest architectural approaches, tools, and technologies. You’ll make sure the solution developed by the team considers the current architecture and operating environment, as well as future functionality and enhancements. You Have: 3+ years of experience in Java, JavaScript, HTML, and Python 2+ years of experience with ScriptRunner for JIRA or Confluence, including writing Groovy scripts and custom workflow functions Experience integrating Atlassian products with LDAP for user management Experience with REST API development and integrations Experience with CI/CD processes and pipelines, including with GitLab Experience in technical aspects of administration, coding, and workflow design within JIRA and Confluence Ability to gather requirements from business users and translate into actionable technical solutions Ability to read, interpret, and reverse-engineer existing workflows and scripts Secret clearance Bachelor’s degree Nice If You Have: Experience with additional Atlassian tools including Bitbucket and Bamboo Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies Knowledge of Jira Service Management Possession of excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills Atlassian certifications such as ACP-120 or ACP-100 Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information ; Secret clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
