We are seeking a reliable Bookkeeper / Administrative Assistant to join our team..
Key Duties

• Data entry and record keeping in QuickBooks Online
• Process payroll and file
• Enter and track vendor bills and invoices
• General administration including correspondence, filing, bank registers, supply ordering and maintaining a professional workspace
• Pick up and sort mail

About You

• Bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks Online
• Knowledge of US payroll, state/federal tax, and sales tax
• Proactive, organized, and detail-focused
• Knowledge of balancing bookkeeping with general office duties
• Familiar with Year-end 1099 (and W-9) submitting through Quick Books Online
