Responsibilities
Operate commercial vehicles with a Class-B CDL to transport goods safely and efficiently.
Ensure timely delivery of products to various locations while adhering to scheduled routes.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure roadworthiness and address any mechanical issues.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents in compliance with company policies and regulations.
Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients regarding deliveries and any potential delays or issues encountered on the road.
Load and unload cargo using pallet jacks and forklifts, ensuring proper securement and safety of all transported items.
Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies, maintaining a clean driving record and a commitment to safety practices.

Requirements

Valid Class-B Commercial Driver's License in good standing.
Minimum of 3 years of commercial driving experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards related to transportation.
Ability to perform vehicle inspections and basic maintenance as needed.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
