We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our growing team. This is a fully remote, flexible position ideal for someone looking for a low-stress job with consistent tasks. You'll be responsible for entering and updating data into our systems with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter data from source documents into digital databases

  • Review data for errors and correct any inconsistencies

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records

  • Perform regular data quality checks

  • Organize and file digital documents

  • Follow confidentiality and data protection guidelines

  • Communicate with team leads for task updates or clarifications

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Basic computer and typing skills (35+ WPM preferred)

  • Familiarity with spreadsheets and data entry software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets)
  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Good written communication skills

  • No prior experience required training provided
