We are looking for an organized and proactive Dispatcher to oversee and coordinate all activities related to the execution of the master schedule, ensuring that the shop floor is consistently supplied with work. This role involves close collaboration with teams across materials, scheduling, shipping, and the storeroom, while also working with marketing, engineering, purchasing, and manufacturing departments.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and manage order processing and production flow.
  • Ensure on-time, accurate product delivery to customers.
  • Resolve production and order issues swiftly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Issue and interpret computer-generated reports to the manufacturing shop.
  • Address shipping problems and production shortages as they arise.
  • Communicate with the Traffic Coordinator regarding critical shipments.
  • Manage shop packet releases and collaborate with scheduling on potential issues.
  • Develop the master schedule to define work sequence and lead times for maintenance operations.
  • Arrange and prioritize orders into a structured work schedule.

Key Qualifications:

  • Education & Experience: High school diploma with 4+ years of relevant work/educational experience, or an Associate's Degree.
  • Skills: Strong technical proficiency with Microsoft products, spreadsheets, and data entry software. Ability to read and interpret shop blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Additional Requirements: Strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple tasks in fast paced environment. Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Pronest software is a plus.
  • Experience identifying and addressing production or maintenance challenges.
