Job Description

The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for high level executives. Supporting investment professionals with calendaring internal and external meetings, travel management, and managing expenses.

They should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling and managing complex calendars and travel schedules. Lastly, this individual should be able to draft documents and help the executive with any necessary meeting preparations.

Logistics

  • 4 days in the office, 1 day remote
  • Contract to hire

Responsibilities

  • Calendar management for executives
  • Ability to communicate professionally to existing and prospective clients
  • Booking and managing domestic and international travel
  • Coordinate and manage logistics for conferences, including investment team members and senior level staff, Board members, and investment managers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
