As the ASSISTANT HEAD CHEF/ EXECUTIVE SOUS CHEF you will:

• Participate and oversee the kitchen line for food and service quality
• Lead adherence to our great recipes to deliver our great Italian food
• Organize staff training, scheduling and forecasting
• Complete food purchasing, receiving, inventory and invoicing
• Adhere to State, Local and our food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Lead and maintain a positive teamwork attitude

Great ASSISTANT HEAD CHEF / EXECUTIVE SOUS CHEF candidates bring:

• Minimum 5 years experience
• Some Italian cuisine experience is highly preferred
• Currently or recently an Assistant Head Chef, Executive Sous Chef, Executive Kitchen Manager or experienced Sous Chef
• Currently or recent experience running a kitchen
• Experience in an Upscale Casual Dining concept.
