Compensation : Flat Rate + Up to $10k bonus DOE Qualifications: Minimum 2 years Service Technician or Auto Mechanic experience required. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Own some basic tools. High school diploma or equivalent, ASE Certification required. B level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical and Engine Repair. Dexterity, requiring a steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordination. Mechanical and troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment. Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications. Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies. Positive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improve. Enjoy working in a dynamic environment. Teammate with ability to collaborate with others effectively. Responsibilities included but not limited to: Performs work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards. Diagnoses vehicle problems based on customer complaints and inspection; recommends further work as needed. Communicates with parts department to obtain needed parts. Documents all work performed and recommended on the repair order. Road tests vehicles including inventory and client vehicles. This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
