Interview Process As a candidate for the Flight Attendant position, you will go through the following interview stages: Pre-recorded Video Interview Virtual Panel Interview In-Person Group Interview (Honolulu, HI) In-Person Final Interview/Language Testing (Honolulu, HI) Position Summary As a Flight Attendant, your primary role is to ensure the safety of our guests aboard our aircraft. You will be equipped to handle emergencies and provide exceptional customer service, creating an unforgettable Aloha experience for everyone on board. Key Responsibilities Attend preflight briefings on weather, routes, and emergency procedures. Warmly greet guests and assist them to their seats. Help guests stow their carry-on luggage safely. Demonstrate safety equipment and emergency procedures before take-off. Monitor compliance with safety regulations and address any issues. Assist in emergency procedures, including evacuations. Provide food and beverage service with a smile. Handle payments for onboard products. Administer first aid when necessary. Prepare reports on any safety incidents during flights. Complete annual FAA-approved re-certification. Maintain knowledge of emergency procedures as per regulations. Work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless guest experience. Recognize and escalate any potential issues promptly. Adapt to various climates and work shifts globally. Meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting and evacuating passengers. Minimum Requirements Must be at least 21 years old at the time of application. High school diploma or GED equivalent. Present a professional image; no visible body art or extreme styles while in uniform. Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve conflicts. Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English. Advanced/business level proficiency in Japanese and ability to read Romaji or Kanji. Willingness to relocate within Hawaii or the continental U.S. Ability to reach 82 inches vertically and sit in a cabin crew jump seat. Complete pre-employment requirements, including drug testing and background checks. Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and possess a valid passport. Current employees must be in good standing with the company. Preferred Qualifications Two years of customer service experience in hospitality or airline industries. College education or degree.
