Job Summary: As a Franchise Business Consultant for the #1 Commercial Cleaning company in the US, your primary goal will be to develop trusted relationships with our Unit Franchise Owners and current and potential clients. With extensive training, strong support teams, and growth opportunities, you will coach and develop franchisees into successful business owners. Responsibilities: Cultivate relationships with clients and franchisees. Address and resolve client complaints. Conduct quality audits to maintain service standards. Facilitate startup services for new clients. Manage service transfers between franchisees. Quote and sell one-time services to clients. Train new franchisees. Conduct quarterly meetings with franchisees. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, industry partners, and stakeholders. Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams to understand client needs and ensure smooth service delivery. Participate in a culture that values innovation, agility, and teamwork. Some nights and weekends may be required for account transfers and training; little to no overnight travel expected. Qualifications: Familiarity with G-Suite Workspace, HubSpot, LinkedIn Proficiency in navigating the internet and various platforms Bilingual in English and Spanish Note: This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
