As a Franchise Business Consultant , you will support franchise owners and deliver exceptional client experiences by nurturing relationships, resolving challenges, and driving growth. Responsibilities Build relationships with franchisees and clients, fostering long-term partnerships. Coach, train, and mentor franchisees to achieve their business goals. Conduct quality audits, ensure service standards, and address client needs proactively. Quote and sell services, onboard new clients, and facilitate franchisee transitions. Coach and train franchisees on cleaning techniques, green chemicals, and equipment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support innovation. Qualifications Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken). 3+ years in operations management, franchise support, or janitorial services. Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills. Service-oriented mindset. Self-motivated, results-driven, and independent worker. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Preferred Skills Experience in commercial cleaning or service industries. Sales and service quoting skills. Proactive, solutions-oriented approach. Familiarity with G-Suite and HubSpot. Additional Information This role is based in Phoenix, AZ.
