General Production Worker

Job Description

Join our assembly department where you will contribute to the creation of small electronics parts for various units. You will read from work orders and use hand and power tools to ensure the precise assembly of components.

Responsibilities

• Assemble small electronics parts according to work orders.
• Utilize hand and power tools effectively.
• Ensure the accuracy and quality of assembled components.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines within the assembly department.

Essential Skills

• Assembly experience.
• General production knowledge.
• Reading comprehension skills.
• Proficiency in using hand tools.
• Basic computer skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 6+ months of manufacturing experience.
• 6+ months experience with hand tools.
• 6+ months of basic computer skills.
• Ability to pass assessment with 70% and 100% in Reading Comprehension.

Work Environment

Experience a pleasant, climate-controlled environment requiring the use of company-supplied smocks and ESD equipment. Choose from multiple shifts: 1st shift (6am-4pm, Monday to Thursday), 2nd shift (3:45pm-1:30am, Monday to Thursday), or the weekend shift (Friday to Sunday, 6am-6pm).

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rochester, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
