Target Total Compensation: $49,400 - $74,100 per year (Base Pay + Uncapped Performance-Based Incentives). Incentives are based on productivity and are not guaranteed. Payments are governed by the terms of the applicable sales bonus plan, which is subject to change at Allstate’s discretion.The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation.
