New: Occupational Medicine/Family Medicine Opportunity in Arizona - Great Location!!
We have a need for an Occupational Medicine/Family Medicine provider. We are opening a new walk in clinic to provide services to walk in patients and overflow patients from our other primary care clinics. The provider will not be a PCP. We are looking for someone to provide family medicine services in addition to occupation medicine (workers comp) services. The clinic is targeted to open in around 6 months. There will be three providers in the clinic that will work 40 hours per week and rotate their schedules to provide coverage at the clinic from 8am to 8pm M-F and a day on Saturdays. We havent created a work schedule yet. Note that this is not an urgent care clinic as we will not have imaging on site.
The salary range is $180-220K depending in experience and board certification(s). The provider must be a permanent resident in the community per our bylaws and be BC/BE in Family Medicine and/or Occupational Medicine.

33 days away from work per year (includes CME days, vacation, sick, or days out for any other reason). Days cannot be carried forward to the next year.
CME Expenses, Professional Dues, Fees and Periodicals $3,500 per year. Can roll up to $3,500 per year.
License, DEA and Board Exam fees paid.

The tri-city area has current population of approximately 100,000 and rapidly growing. City has four mild seasons and is 1.5 hours to Phoenix and a 4 hour drive to Las Vegas. This mountain area is beautiful with tall pines and gorgeous scenery.
It is a great place to raise a family, with many outdoor activities and excellent schools. There is little traffic and a low crime rate. City has 3 colleges!
