The Patient Care Technician (PCT)/Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides direct patient support under the supervision of registered nurses in hospital settings, assisting with daily living activities such as vital signs monitoring, bathing, grooming, feeding, and mobilization. They respond promptly to patient needs, including crisis situations, and follow safety protocols to ensure patient and workplace safety. This role requires certification, hands-on patient care experience, and the ability to work varied shifts in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

8 and 12 hour - Day/Evening, Evening/Midnight, Day/Midnight shifts available. We offer 15% shift differential for Evening and Midnight Shifts and 10% for weekend shifts. Every other Weekend and rotating Holidays Required!

Primary function:
The Patient Care Technician (PCT)(CNA) supports activities of daily living under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse. The PCT will demonstrate the skills and knowledge necessary to deliver care to adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. Primary job duties include, but not limited to, performing and accurately recording vital signs, Accu-checks, bathing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobilizing patients. PCT’s are an essential part of the nursing care team with an expectation to support the organizations patient safety goals and initiatives.
