Requirements include:
5+ years of clinical practice at the faculty level
Excellent clinical skills with a strong interest and ability in education and research
A demonstrated academic background and interest in academic productivity
Exceptional collaboration and communication skills across specialties, disciplines, and with all levels of staff
Experience leading teams and quality improvement projects
Board-certified or eligible in Thoracic Surgery (ABTS) and Congenital Cardiac Surgery
Eligible for medical licensure in the State of Minnesota.
