Job Description

Our local client is seeking a Property Manager to join their team. As a Property Manager, you will be part of the Rental team. The ideal candidate will have strong customer focus on service, hospitality mindset and a positive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

 

Job Title: Property Manager

Location: Boone NC

Pay Range: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour

 

What’s the Job?

  • Manage the Leasing Department
  • Oversight and management of property checkers 
  • Tenant inspections and compliance 
  • Manage pre-leasing process and new leases for all tenants
  • Working with team in a cohesive way

 

What’s Needed?

  • Active Drivers License
  • HSD/GED
  • NC Real Estate License
  • Knowledge of MS Office, IPAD usage and typing 
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide all units of measure
