Role Description
A Residential Real Estate Agent helps clients with the complexities of real estate transactions by guiding and answering their questions. This is a full-time remote role for a Real Estate Agent. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with helping individuals buy or sell properties, including marketing properties, conducting viewings, negotiating deals, and managing transactions to completion.
-Educate clients on the real estate market and the home buying/selling process.
-Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
-Generate and nurture leads through various channels.
-Conduct property tours and open houses.
-Provide exceptional customer service to clients.
-Stay updated on local real estate market trends and regulations.
-Interact with customers via phone, email, social media, and in-person meetings
-Advise clients on the state of the local real estate market
-Answer questions about contracts, terms of sale, and other parts of the real estate process
-Utilize computer technology to manage a database of customers and prospects
-Proactively reach out to clients to initiate or follow-up on real estate transactions
-Manage marketing and advertising through websites, mail-outs, and open houses
