What You’ll Do

1. Build and maintain strong client relationships
2. Convert leads into sales with confidence using proven LPT systems
3. Leverage training, CRM tools, and marketing automation to grow your pipeline
4. Conduct client consultations, property tours, and listing appointments
5. Manage transactions from start to close with full support

Ideal Candidate

1. Holds an active real estate license
2. Comfortable with modern real estate technology
3. Organized, self-motivated, and client-focused
4. Open to learning and participating in coaching and mentorship
5. Ready for full-time real estate work with a drive to scale

Schedule

1. Flexible schedule, self-managed
2. Monday to Friday availability
3. Weekend availability as needed

Compensation

1. Commission-based with high-income potential
