Job Description

Essential Job Functions:

• Keeps restrooms, lunchrooms, and wash sink stations cleaned and stocked
• Uses equipment, supplies, and materials in proper manner and quantity
• Performs scheduled cleaning of production, warehouse, perimeter, and office areas
• Ensures that all areas of responsibility are kept neat and clean (floors, wastebaskets, desks, walls, truck, etc.)
• Transports product retain samples from office to storage and dispose of out-of-date samples
• Inspects and clean Interior Rodent Traps and Insect Light Traps
• Communicate with Supervisor regarding any sanitation questions or issues
• Any other duties as requested directed or assigned by the manager/supervisor.

Job Requirements:

Education and Experience:

• High School graduate or equivalent.

Skills:

• Ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency.
• LS Facility - Valid Drivers license and willingness to operate motor vehicles in the course of employment

Training Required:

• Any specialized safety or other training required

Equipment to Be Used:

• All related sanitation equipment, aerial lift, forklift, pressure-washer

Typical Physical Demands:

• Prolonged periods standing and walking, using tools and performing repetitive actions
• Must be able to lift 50lbs at a time
• Visual acuity to read instructions and operate machines 
• A separate, complete document of physical demands is attached

Typical Mental Demands:

• Ability to work under stress with interruptions and deadlines
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form
• Ability to master basic math skills
• Ability to think logically in following procedures and instructions

Working Environment:

• Standard workdays Monday through Friday and as necessary to complete the requirements of the position.
