Overview Palisades Hospitality is a bespoke hospitality management company with a curated portfolio of properties across the Western United States. Based in Northern California, Palisades creates design-driven, dynamic spaces rooted in their locale and aimed at delivering authentic guest experiences for communities. This role is for Piatti, and while you will work under Palisades Hospitality, your employment entity will be Piatti. The position will be based at our flagship location and home office in Mill Valley, CA, with relocation assistance available. Locations are throughout CA, with one Piatti location in Seattle, WA and two in San Antonio, TX, and plans to expand. The role is hybrid: 2 days in the home office per week, and frequent travel is required. Responsibilities Build brand strength through financial performance, KPI monitoring, and expansion planning. Support and embody a company culture aligned with Palisades Hospitality's mission, vision, and values. Develop strategies rooted in creativity to identify new revenue opportunities within the Piatti brand. Recruit, develop, and train leaders within the Piatti brand. Develop and execute new company initiative rollouts with the support of relevant functional department heads. Create annual business plans for each Piatti restaurant with support from the property leadership team. Maintain a quality culture by setting clear expectations for General Managers and Executive Chefs and ensuring company standards are met. Ensure the guest dining experience is remarkable across all aspects. Collaborate with Accounting + Finance, Marketing, IT, and People + Culture to drive results in both guest and employee experiences. Collaborate with other senior Operations leaders to create, edit, and advance tools, initiatives, and strategies for the field. Lead portfolio-wide annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, ongoing marketing, and operating planning. Serve as a key point of contact with Ownership groups and brand partners. Proactively identify deficiencies and address performance in a timely manner. Ensure restaurant operations comply with federal, state, and local laws and franchise operating agreements. Qualifications Experience overseeing multi-unit restaurant operations. Demonstrated ability to lead front and back‑of‑house teams, foster creativity, and drive results. Willingness to travel; this is a field-based role requiring frequent travel. Strong collaboration and cross-functional communication skills.
