Responsibilities:

• Lead monthly financial reporting, variance analysis, and performance reviews for leadership.
• Build and maintain dynamic financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning.
• Analyze sales, marketing ROI, and customer acquisition costs across multiple channels (DTC, retail, wholesale).
• Partner cross-functionally to monitor KPIs, track margins, and support inventory and COGS reporting.
• Assist with board presentations, investor reporting, and long-term strategic planning.
• Identify risks and opportunities across the P&L and recommend actionable solutions.
• Support process improvements and automation to scale financial reporting and analytics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 4–6 years of FP&A, strategic finance, or investment banking experience—ideally in consumer products.
• Strong Excel knowledge
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with cross-functional teams.
