We are seeking a dedicated Custodian I to join our facilities team in Kenner, United States. As a Custodian I, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of our facilities while creating a welcoming environment for all occupants.

• Clean and sanitize assigned areas including hallways, restrooms, offices, and common spaces
• Perform regular trash collection and disposal according to established protocols
• Execute standard and specialized cleaning procedures using appropriate equipment and materials
• Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and storage areas
• Operate various cleaning equipment while following safety guidelines
• Conduct routine facility inspections to identify and report maintenance issues
• Respond promptly to emergency cleaning situations and special requests
• Complete daily cleaning schedules and task lists efficiently
• Assist with setup and breakdown of furniture for special events
• Perform basic preventative maintenance tasks as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum one year of custodial or cleaning experience preferred
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 100 pounds
• Demonstrated knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and safety protocols
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Valid driver's license for operating cleaning equipment
• Ability to work in various weather conditions
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Flexibility to work different shifts as needed
• Strong time management skills and ability to work independently
