As a Senior IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting top talent in the Information Technology (IT) field. You will collaborate with hiring managers and HR professionals to understand staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless, efficient hiring process. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends, combined with excellent people and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Job Posting & Sourcing: Craft compelling job descriptions and post to relevant job boards, social media, and targeted platforms. Actively source and engage with potential candidates through networking, online communities, and industry events.
  • Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidates’ technical skills and cultural fit. Coordinate technical interviews and evaluations with hiring teams.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and manage interview logistics, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process while collecting and organizing interviewer feedback.
  • Maintain Candidate Pipeline: Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future positions, ensuring accurate tracking within the ATS.
  • Negotiation & Offers: Facilitate the negotiation process between candidates and hiring managers while working closely with HR to prepare and extend offers.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging technologies to advise on competitive IT talent strategies.
  • Relationship Building: Act as a brand ambassador to attract top talent while maintaining strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field or 3+ years of experience as an IT Recruiter.
  • Proven experience in IT recruiting with a solid understanding of IT roles, technologies, and evolving market trends.
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting platforms, social media sourcing strategies, and professional networking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Understanding of employment laws and regulations related to recruiting.
  • Certifications such as Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR) or similar are a plus.
