• Focus is on the cloud (sales and service)
• B2B commerce and Marketing Cloud is a big plus
• Can solve complex technical problems/challenges - can find technical capabilities within Salesforce to help with configurations etc
• Can LEAD technical delivery, not just thinking of the solutions but working with the developers, ultimately develops report to them
• Manage teams in the past
• Coach/mentor junior developers to get them to senior developers
• Background in Salesforce development
• Architect background
• They are now in Lightning, getting more users there, so its important that they know UI/UX in Lightning. Familiar with Lighting app builder
• 7 but ideally 9 years of experience with architectural experience
• Lighting APP Builder

Top Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of experience with experience leading migrations - strong communicator
• Lightning developer
• Build Lightning components
• Platform Developer 1 Cert - if they don't have it lets talk about it BUT this is the ringer
• Ecomm / b2b; marketing cloud; OR service cloud exp
• DevOps - git/azure/jenkins experience

Nice to haves:

• Service Cloud experience
• Ecommerce experience
