We are looking for a Switchboard Supervisor for a full-time position supporting the Department of Veteran Affairs in Erie, PA.
SUMMARY
The Switchboard Supervisor is responsible for the daily administration, supervising and training of switchboard personnel at the Department of Veteran Affairs in Erie, PA. Work includes, but is not limited to: Switchboard Service Coverage, Receiving Incoming Calls, Placing Outgoing Calls, Transferring Calls, Information Services, Emergency Calls and Alarm System Monitoring, Paging Systems,Reporting Equipment Failures, Directories, Rosters and Logs, Telephone Traffic Control Study, among others.
