Pharmacist - Oncology
5+years extensive acute care clinical experience
Ability to mix compounds REQUIRED
Doctoral of Pharmacy (Pharm D) required
Certification Requirements: BLS (AHA)
Duration: 13 weeks to 9 months! Longer assignment is preferred.
Shift Notes: Monday-Friday 7a-3.30p and/or 8ap and/or 8.30a-5p. Must be available for any/all shifts as needed 40hr gt
On Call Requirements: No Call
Weekend Requirements: None/Holiday coverage if required
