Job Summary
Logistic Team is seeking a dedicated and experienced Owner Operators to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in commercial driving and have experience with various types of freight transportation. This role requires a commitment to safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction while operating a dry-van, flatbed, refrigerated trailer, or tanker truck. Cargo-van, box-trucks, and hot-shots are welcome to apply. As an Owner Operator Driver, you will be responsible for delivering goods across designated routes while ensuring the proper handling and unloading of freight.

What we offer?

• 90 to 85 % of the gross.
• Bilingual Team, English and Spanish
• Solo Owner Operators can make between $150K to $350K per year
• Teams Owner Operators can make between $350K to $700K per year

• Reset 34 hours
• $250 quarterly safety bonus
• $500 referral program (after 90 days)

• Same-day processing - next day pay (factoring support available)

Duties

• Operate and drive commercial vehicles, including flatbed, refrigerated trailers, and tankers.
• Ensure timely delivery of freight to various locations while adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
• Load and unload cargo as required for box trucks, cargo-van, hot-shots and car haulers, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage. Flat-bed drivers must need tarping and securing the loads
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logs of hours worked and mileage driven.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and clients regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise.
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness and maintenance for the vehicle.

Requirements

• Active MC and DOT
• Drivers must have their own IFTA and Plates
• General Liability and cargo insurance
• All permits up to date
• EZ pass is a plus
• Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements for flatbed, refrigerated trailer, or tanker operations.
• Proven experience as a delivery driver or in truck driving roles with a strong understanding of freight transportation.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations related to commercial driving.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to lift heavy loads (up to 50 pounds) as required during loading and unloading processes.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
• A commitment to providing exceptional customer service throughout all delivery processes.
