We are looking for a Vice President of Product to join the MuleSoft team. This leader will inspire, lead, and grow our technology team, driving the MuleSoft integration product line, growth, and customer success. This role involves acting as a key member of the MuleSoft product executive team.

What you'll do:

  1. Build and lead product development, engineering, data, and operational practices for continuous improvement.
  2. Drive roadmap and architectural decisions to extend partner technologies and meet business needs, aligning with enterprise standards.
  3. Oversee operations for our integration, including tooling, AI projects, and connectivity.
  4. Manage talent, including performance, promotions, recruitment, compensation, and employee success.
  5. Demonstrate industry thought leadership through presentations, engagements, and forums.
  6. Ensure MuleSoft technology and processes uphold our #1 value of Trust, including security, data management, and compliance.

What you should have:

  • 10-20+ years in product management and technical leadership, with at least 10 years leading large organizations.
  • Proven success in launching and growing enterprise products, especially middleware or integration lines.
  • Experience translating market needs into product requirements and roadmaps.
  • Deep knowledge of agile practices, Scrum, CI/CD.
  • Leadership experience managing 20+ FTEs, including hiring and growth.
  • Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence in global environments.
  • Willingness to travel ~25% domestically and internationally.
