Base pay range $95,000.00/yr - $105,000.00/yr Job Title : Executive Assistant to CEO Job Type: Contract-to-hire Location : Hybrid, Onsite 3 days, Chicago About the Role We are seeking a highly capable and self-starting Executive Assistant to support the CEO. This is not a traditional EA role — it’s a strategic position that blends executive support with project management and organizational leadership. You’ll be the right hand to the CEO, helping him manage priorities, oversee projects, and coordinate with internal stakeholders, including HR and executive teams both in the U.S. and internationally. This is a unique opportunity with high visibility and growth potential.
