Mission:

Enable Groq to scale by assembling the most talent dense team on the planet.

Responsibilities & Opportunities in this Role:

  • Groq takes a sizable share of the AI inference market supported by a high performing talent team.
  • Groq leaders hire exceptional talent without exception, through a process that is predictive of success at Groq.
  • The talent acquisition team operates as business partners, delivering with pace and expertise.
  • Innovation throughout the hiring lifecycle, including a differentiated candidate experience that enables Groq to win.

Compensation:

At Groq, a competitive base salary is part of our comprehensive compensation package, which includes equity and benefits. For this role, the base salary range is $207,000-$340,000, determined by your skills, qualifications, experience, location and internal benchmarks.

Groq is a geo-agnostic company, meaning you work where you are. Exceptional candidates will thrive in asynchronous partnerships and remote collaboration methods. Some roles may require being located near our primary sites, as indicated in the job description.
