Position Title: Order Entry Administrator

Wage: $19.50/hour

Shift: 1st

Hours: 6am-2:30pm

QPS Employment Group is hiring an Order Entry Administrator for a company in Rockford, IL. This is an associate to hire opportunity.

Order Entry Administrator Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Data entry in computer system
- Assist with office, filing, scanning, sorting and processing paperwork, also for outgoing purchase orders
- Respond to emails, answer phone calls
- Knowledge of Alpha numeric filing
- Sort paperwork
- Assemble files in sequence

Order Entry Administrator Requirements:
- Knowledge of Excel and Word
- Ability to type efficiently and accurately
- Fluent in Microsoft Office applications
